The Edge reporting strategy utilizes a two tiered approach of 300+ standard system reports for common reporting teamed with the ability modify standard reports and/or build custom reports utilizing SAP Crystal Reports.
Reports can be run immediately or scheduled to run in the background and are saved for users for review at a later date. All reports are memorialized.
Edge workflow date and time stamps can be used for the tracking and reporting of process throughput and cycle times for any process or sub-process configured. This is essential for tracking and improving service levels by client, financial product, or program.
Both standard and custom reports can be scheduled to run on a recurring basis and can be delivered to multiple users via email in one of multiple formats (PDF, Excel, Word or HTML).
